PAYMENTS:

• I have partnered with The Lactation Network to offer lactation & breastfeeding support at no out of pocket costs to those who are eligibility.

• For all others: Private payment is due at the time of service. The Affordable Care Act mandated insurance payers to cover lactation services. You may request a itemized superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement of any out-of-pocket fees.  It is always advisable to call your insurance company and ask their policy on covering lactation services. 
• Payment methods accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
• I also except HSA.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Missed Appointments and/or canceled appointments without at least a 24-hours' notice, will be charged a $50 fee with the credit card on file. 

ADDITIONAL FEES:

• TLN Clients will be charged a $25 travel fee. 
• Multiple babies (twins, triplets, ect) are an additional $50/baby and require a 1.5-hour initial consult.

• Prenatal Classes and Office Visits: Blossom Baby Ultrasound Studio: 2277 State Road Suite C2, Plymouth, MA 02360

VIRTUAL VISITS:

• Are not recommended or appropriate for all situations.  Contact me before booking if you have any questions on your appointment.
• Are conducted via a HIPPA-compliant video chat program.
