VIRTUAL VISITS:

• Are not recommended or appropriate for all situations.  Contact me before booking if you have any questions on your appointment.
• Are conducted via a HIPPA-compliant video chat program.

PAYMENTS:

• I have partnered with Cigna (Wildflower) to offer lactation & breastfeeding support to those who are eligibility. Please Email me for more information and eligibility links. 
• A fee of $175 will be applied with Wildflower due to travel & administration fees. Only for in-home visits. 

•  Private payment is due at the time of booking. If payment is not received within 24 hours of your booking offer, your appointment slot may be released.
• The Affordable Care Act mandated insurance payers to cover lactation services. You may request a itemized superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement of any out-of-pocket fees.  It is always advisable to call your insurance company and ask their policy on covering lactation services. 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• Missed Appointments and/or canceled appointments without at least a 24-hours' notice, will be charged a $100 fee with the credit card on file. 

ADDITIONAL FEES:

• Multiple babies (twins, triplets, ect) are an additional $50/baby and require a 1.5-hour initial consult.
