hi I'm Joanne

I am a Registered Nurse and an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) in South Shore, Massachusetts. I have worked in Maternal-Newborn health for over 20 years, 7of those years in a Boston level 3 Neonatal Intensive care Unit (NICU).  I am currently working as a Hospital IBCLC, as well as owning my own private practice, helping families just like you. 

I have witnessed the lifesaving benefits and health outcomes human milk has on the premature/sick population and through my own struggles. This is where my passion for breastfeeding comes.

I have been married for 20 years. I am a mom of two wonderful teenage boys, a very clever Irish Setter and a very talkative cat. 

When I am not working, I can be found enjoying family time, training my Irish Setter, or uber driving my two very busy teenagers all over town.
